Description
The PTR 9SDM-B combines the legendary roller-delayed blowback system with advanced integral suppression technology for an exceptionally quiet and reliable shooting experience. Built around a purpose-designed ported barrel and suppressor system, the 9SDM-B reduces bullet velocity to subsonic levels for enhanced sound suppression while minimizing fouling and simplifying maintenance.
At the core of the design is PTR’s proprietary USDA (Universal SD Adapter), which captures and slows high-pressure gases before they enter the suppressor, improving efficiency and reducing back pressure. Included is the PTR VENT SDM suppressor, a DLC-coated, 3D-printed titanium suppressor featuring innovative Purposely Induced Porosity (PIP) technology for maximum sound reduction and smooth recoil characteristics.
Additional features include a full-length Picatinny rail, removable M-LOK forend, metal Magpul backup sights, and an extended charging handle. The 9SDM-B delivers modern suppressor performance, modularity, and proven PTR reliability in one compact package.
