It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.
All firearms, magazines and receivers are sold and shipped in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Many items may be restricted or prohibited in your area—please verify local regulations before ordering. You must be 18+ to purchase long guns and 21+ to purchase handguns per ATF rules, but state and local laws may impose stricter requirements.
New firearms ship in the original manufacturer’s box with magazines, accessories, and applicable warranty. Warranty repairs on firearms must be handled directly with the manufacturer within 1 year of purchase. Contact the original manufacturer for accessory warranty details.
Orders ship promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3–10 business days via FedEx or USPS. Tracking numbers are provided once orders have been picked and fulfilled. Please allow 24-48 hours for carrier tracking updates once a tracking number has been assigned to an order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 business days of the purchase date. Approved returns or refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
NOTE: We strongly recommend using a carrier with shipment tracking and insuring the package or declaring its full value. If you do not, you are responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns and refused shipments.
