What to Expect:
- Bring a valid Texas ID with a current mailing address OR your Texas LTC.
- Fill out the required paperwork, which is Form 4473.
- Wait for your on-the-spot background check. (The individual purchasing the firearm must be present at the time of purchase.)
- If you pass the background check, you can complete your purchase immediately.
*Must be 18 years or older to purchase a long gun and 21 years or older to purchase a handgun.
