Job Description: Part-Time Firearm Instructor
We’re looking for a Firearms Instructor who’s not afraid to step up, take charge, and inspire a new generation of shooters. This isn’t your average teaching gig. It’s about pushing limits, breaking barriers, and building a community of shooters who know what it takes to excel.
We need someone who’s part teacher, part athlete, and 100% ready to roll with whatever challenge the day throws at you. You’ll work with a team of like-minded pros, but you won’t just be showing people how to shoot — you’ll be teaching them to own it. Whether you’re guiding someone through their first shot or fine-tuning a seasoned veteran, your ability to adapt, communicate, and bring the right energy to the moment is what’ll set you apart.
What you’ll bring:
What you’re joining:
You’ll be stepping into a team stacked with professions who know their craft. We’ve got former LEOs and Army vets, an SOF guy and a Marine who took home Blackwater Instructor of the Year, and a crew of competitive shooters who push speed to the max.
We train beyond the fundamentals – RDS, CQB, LPVO work, vehicle dynamics, movement under NODS. We don’t just punch paper, we build shooters who can run drills, process information at speed, and execute under stress. We’ve built a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, and we love it.
We’re not just looking for an instructor. We’re looking for someone who will bring the intensity, the discipline, and the grit to help others grow — while having a hell of a good time doing it.
If you’re ready to join a crew that values skill, teamwork, and a little bit of swagger, this is the place for you.
